Mercure Clear Mountain is at 564 Clear Mountain Road, Clear Mountain, sitting between Albany Creek and Samford. It is about 40 minutes from both the Brisbane CBD and Brisbane Airport, close enough for an easy morning arrival but far enough to feel genuinely away from the office.
Across seven flexible event spaces we host anything from a 16-person boardroom to 140 delegates theatre-style in our combined Ebert, Esmonde and Mackieham room, and up to 240 guests across the venue for functions. Rooms can be combined or divided to suit concurrent streams and breakouts.
Our Half Day Delegate Package is $69 per person (minimum 20 delegates) and the Full Day Delegate Package is $79 per person. Both include room hire, catered lunch, tea breaks, continuous tea and coffee, filtered water, Wi-Fi, a flip chart, a whiteboard and notepads and pens. We can add accommodation, cocktail packages and buffets for multi-day or residential events.
Yes. The property has 51 guest rooms and suites, many with twin-share options and private balconies with mountain views. Residential conferences, multi-day programs and interstate teams can meet, dine and sleep without leaving the site.
Complimentary on-site parking is available for all delegates, with no CBD parking fees to reimburse.
Absolutely. Our onsite kitchen caters buffets, alternate-drop menus, canapés and grazing or food stations, and we prepare specific dishes for dietary requirements. For team building, our Corporate & Group Xperiences team runs organised activities on the Serenity Lawn and around the property.
