If you arrive after reception has closed, our team will contact you with the lockbox code for your room key. The envelope will include your key and a property map with your room highlighted to make finding it easy. For your safety, the Onsite Manager is available for emergencies only and can be reached at 07 3298 5100. 

Pool hours are from7AM to 7PM daily. Towels are available at reception.

Coffee and tea are available in your room at no charge.

If you prefer not to have your room serviced during your stay, please advise reception or hang your ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door. Guests participating in our Hotels for Trees program can hang the green hanger on the door to skip housekeeping; for each skipped service, we plant a tree on your behalf as part of our sustainability efforts.

Housekeeping is available onsite from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00 am on Sundays.

Blankets and additional pillows are located in the wardrobe.

For your convenience, an electric kettle, hairdryer, iron and mini fridge are provided in your room. All rooms include a flat screen TV with built-in casting.

Damages will be assessed and charged to the credit card we have on file. All guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.

We will endeavour to return lost property to you if it is found. Please contact the hotel and organise a prepaid parcel to be sent to your corresponding address. Due to our location and proximity to the nearest post office, parcels are sent on a weekly basis.

All our rooms are strictly smoke-free zones. A fine of $450 will apply for any smoking in rooms.

Please contact reception if there is anything in your room that is not operational, and we will endeavour to rectify the situation immediately.

A taxi can be booked with our reception team.
Uber is also available and may be booked by guest.

Assembly points are located on the Emergency Evacuation Plan found on the rear of your entrance door.

A first aid kit is located at reception as well as a defibrillator which can be found in Foyer of the main building. Please let us know if we can be of assistance.
